The project was born from his first visit to this house in 2017, when Sviatchenko took part in a program from Denmark to study Bauhaus and German functionalism of the years 1925–1938. On my list was House No. 60 — the last house Mies designed before leaving for America in 1938.
He was deeply inspired by its pure architectural symphony— the landscape, the proportions, the pure clarity of space. Eight years later, the idea became reality — combining collage method LESS with the theory of construction–deconstruction–reconstruction.
